I also ride a 2007 Cannondale Prophet MX1 in small with Fox suspension and X9 components

Good choice I just got an Elka shock a few weeks ago and my ti spring just came this week. Way better than the fox

your bike is gonna be dope this yr. I only have concern with the carbon bars if you take a digger or they get a nick in them they are going to be done. otherwise AMAZING
